Manager, Analytics & Business Intelligence
Job Summary
As Manager Analytics & Business Intelligence within our IT team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data analytics initiatives across the organization. You will supervise a team of analysts and BI developers, ensuring that strategic decisions are based on reliable and relevant data. You will support the use of SAP BW while identifying and proposing new tools and technologies to strengthen our BI infrastructure and meet future business needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and develop a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Design and implement analysis and BI strategy in synergy with existing IT architecture.
- Plan and supervise data analysis projects, ensuring their effective integration into the company's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure evolutionary maintenance of the BI solution;
- Identify and evaluate new analytics and BI tools and technologies, taking into account market trends and emerging business needs.
- Develop and implement reporting and dashboard tools to enable better data visualization and analysis.
- Work with other IT and business teams to identify data and analysis needs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the BI support process.
- Oversee the design, development and deployment of BI solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing systems and tools.
Job Requirements
- Significant team management experience in analytics or BI, ideally with SAP BW expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and programming/statistical languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R).
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools and their integration.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.

- Organizational skills and thoroughness.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and in close collaboration with other IT teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-specialists.
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (French and Spanish are assets).
