Intern, Talent Acquisitions

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, actively participate in the hiring process for our stores, provide administrative support in recruitment management, and collaborate with various internal teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job openings on various platforms;
  • Support the coordination of the recruitment process (e.g., screening résumés, phone calls, candidate follow-ups);
  • Take part in pre-screening phone interviews;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs;
  • Contribute to writing job descriptions;
  • Help manage the recruitment inbox;
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the HR team.

Job Requirements

  • Third-year undergraduate student in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR;
  • Good communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented;
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Comfortable with digital tools and software.
