Functional Analyst, Mobile Apps

Job Summary

Dollarama is seeking a passionate problem-solver with a strong interest in continuous improvement to join our team as a Functional Analyst mobile apps.

Key Accountabilities

This position combines two key areas of responsibility:
•    Primarily focused on supporting store operations and assisting users in an iOS frontend environment, with SAP and Python technologies on the backend.
•    Playing a central role in process improvement and optimization through participation in various projects.
•    Demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, all of which are essential to success in this role.

Job Requirements

•    More than 2 years of experience as a SAP Functional Analyst.
•    Experience with Python is considered an asset.
•    Strong ability to analyze requirements and design solutions that effectively meet business needs.
•    A collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and resolve incidents and support requests.
•    Provide functional support to stores and end users.
