Developer, Power Platform

Job Summary

The Power Platform and AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent automation solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio). The role contributes to improving operational efficiency by creating RPA solutions, AI automation agents, and integrating advanced Copilot/GPT capabilities into business processes. The developer also ensures stability, performance, and continuous evolution of delivered solutions.

Key Accountabilities

•    Design, develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Power Automate.
•    Develop and maintain AI automation agents (Copilot Studio, GPT, AI Builder).
•    Optimize business workflows and Power Apps applications.
•    Integrate AI functionalities into processes (Copilot, GPT, custom models).
•    Monitor the performance and reliability of automations and AI agents.
•    Document, enhance, and maintain existing solutions.
•    Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
•    Ensure the security, governance, and compliance of all Power Platform solutions.

Job Requirements

•    Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Power Plaform Developer..
•    Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
•    Knowledge of RPA principles and AI model integration.
•    Experience with conversational agents or copilots (Copilot Studio).
•    Strong rigor, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
