Analyst, Integration & Support

Job Summary

The Integration Support Analyst acts as a member of the Software Development and Support Team and is responsible for maintaining existing integrations and automations across the SAP and Non-SAP Landscape. He/She works under the supervision of the Dev and Support Manager and in collaboration with the functional analysts of the various SAP modules MM, SD, FICO, EWM and other teams of the IT Department. It also plays critical part in debugging and resolving incidents that may affect operation with the defined priority.

Key Accountabilities

Participate in the L1/L2 support of existing integrations and process automations.

Collaborate with business analysts and technical team on planning/running integrations and process automations.

Collaborate with the QA team on test automation.

Participate in software improvement processes.

Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Good understanding of network applications protocols such as REST, ODATA, SOAP, SFTP, JDBC, Mail, XI, File, IDoc, RFC

Good understanding of Unix/Windows scripting (Bash, PowerShell).

Knowledge of BMC Control-M is an asset.

Knowledge of SAP PI/PO/CPI is an asset.

Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset.

Great analytical skills and rigor in his work.
