Administrator, Systems MacOS

Job Summary

As a Mac System Administrator, you will share the responsibility for managing, automating macOS, handling technical support requests, and performing root cause analysis of issues. You will assist users in resolving operational issues by utilizing resources such as established documentation, senior staff, and third-party companies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze and resolve service requests from senior executives and VIPs, as well as complex Mac system issues, including servers and workstations via the Ticketing System that cannot be resolved at level 2.
  • Troubleshoot and support Mac system issues, with in-depth knowledge of macOS and iOS mobile devices, and manage their updates.
  • Perform troubleshooting tasks and provide advanced technical support to clients.
  • Ensure traceability of interventions, document procedures, and report to management.
  • Oversee the integration and management of mobile devices (MDM).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer and/or mobile device profiles and groups via platforms such as Workspace One or Jamf.
  • Create and deploy packages for all approved software on macOS or iOS and assist in managing inventory in the management console.

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and technical expertise of Apple products (macOS and iOS).
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions for various devices (Workspace One and Jamf).
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite on macOS (i.e. Outlook for Mac) and the native Mail application.
  • Ability to write technical procedures.
  • Good adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
